Guided Tours

  WHEN

Guided tours of Redwood Library are available every weekday, Monday through Friday at 10:30 am. These tours are free of charge, though a donation is welcome. Sign up is at the front desk. (For group tours, please see details below.)

  WHAT

Conducted by staff members and/or volunteer docents, tours last approximately half an hour. To accommodate the interests of specific groups, tours can also be tailored to focus on various aspects of the Library, such as art, literature, history, architecture, and Special Collections.

  HOW

Members and visitors are welcome to stop by during regularly scheduled tour times. A few days prior to a scheduled tour, telephone confirmation by the tour groups would be appreciated.

  TOUR GROUPS

Group tours are required to make reservations. For groups, a $100 donation is requested for the basic tour, which includes the history of the library and a tour of the building. For a tour tailored to a specific interest, a donation of $150.00 is requested.
